The staff here were amazing! They surprised my kids with toys and made us feel so welcomed. The only downside was the noise at night. it was hard to sleep. Still, a great stay overall! 😊

i had a fantastic stay here that truly surpassed my earlier visits in chicago. the customer service was exceptional as the staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. we enjoyed stunning views of the lake from our room while strolling along the magnificent mile.
the breakfast options were limited and overpriced.

The King Room with Lake View was spacious and comfortable. Loved the views of Lake Michigan from my high floor. The bed was super cozy, and the pillows were dreamy! The bathroom could’ve used a little more shine, especially the shower pressure wasn't impressive. But the quality of the toiletries was nice, so that helped. Overall, it was a nice stay, but some details just felt a bit off for a luxury spot.

The breakfast spread at Adorn Bar & Restaurant was a total game changer, and that Tuscan bread? Let's just say it's worth every carb! Plus, the service was like having your cool aunt wait on you, just fabulous! And with a location that puts The Cheesecake Factory right around the corner, you're never far from a local bite.
Although I had a little hiccup with street folks in the private guest elevator and security seemed a bit chill about it, I was still all about those stunning views and the super friendly staff—they really made this a cozy retreat!

I enjoyed stunning views of the lake from my room, along with exceptional service from the friendly staff, making my stay memorable. However, the bathroom could use some updates, especially the shower pressure, which didn't meet my expectations for a high-end experience. Overall, it’s a great choice for families or a short getaway.

I stayed for 4 nights in an Executive King Suite with Lake View, and it was amazing! The spa was fantastic with a relaxing massage and a hot tub that really hit the spot. The only hiccup was the tricky layout getting around, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 🌟

The indoor pool was enjoyable, but crowded with children most of the time.

The knowledgeable concierge team tailored a wonderful biking adventure for our family, complete with a curated map. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they even provided treats for my son's autism support dog, making us feel right at home during our stay.
My children wanted more child-friendly activities in the hotel.

The lake-view room was stunning and the bed offered exceptional comfort. Service was impressive, especially when the concierge quickly assisted with my lost reading glasses and downloading theater tickets. Sadly, breakfast was a disappointment. at $38 plus tax and tip, the minimal buffet lacked quality, featuring fake eggs and stale pancakes, prompting me to skip breakfast after the first day. House coffee was stale, further diminishing the dining experience.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a spa. I'll never forget how the staff helped me print documents during my first stay. Coming back for Easter!

It was just a top selection for a holiday in Chicago with great value for the money. The nightly cookie bar was a hit with the kids, making our stay feel extra special.

Dining at Four Seasons is a vibe! The Acorn restaurant had me drooling over their Welsh pastries and cocktails—absolute game-changer! Plus, the staff nailed it with their hospitality, making every meal a delight. Don't sleep on the nearby joints like Doc B's Fresh Kitchen and Hendrickx Belgian Bread Crafter for even more local flavor!
Now, the bathroom could’ve been a bit snazzier. the shower pressure was a total letdown, and those yellowish outlet caps were a tiny detail that caught my eye. Nothing major, but for a five-star place, I expected a bit more dazzle!

The Executive King Suite with a Lake View was incredible, providing a breathtaking panorama. I appreciated the attentive service from the staff, who made me feel welcome during my stay.
Breakfast is disgustingly overpriced at $38 + tax/tip for a minimalistic buffet with fake eggs, no breads, stale pancakes.
